Vietnam Firms Form Country’s First Legal Alliance

Five of the local legal practices in Vietnam have got together to create the LawTeam Alliance – and they plan to announce the arrival of other major local law firms to the group.

The five jointly run to 200 lawyers and include Rajah & Tann LCT, the Vietnamese arm of the Singapore-based practice, known as one of the best known in Asia. The others include Bross & Partners, LuatViet, Phuoc & Partners and VLT Lawyers.

These firms will continue to work as independent entities and the alliance will work on a goodwill basis built on fair competition. The objective of this collaboration is to further the development of the local legal market. The members of the alliance intend to help each other on training and by sharing other resources.
