Law Jobs Declining Because Of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

According to Jerry Kaplan, a lecturer on the legal informatics course at Stanford University, lawyer jobs are vulnerable to the progress of artificial intelligence (AI).

He further claims that an increasing number of start-up projects are overseeing the restraints of how and by whom law can be practiced. A reason for that is the widely available automated legal advice. These projects or businesses may employ a small number of staff of attorneys to review documents before they are released to clients.

The effects of AI on employment and employment law is one of the main subjects of the Robotics Law Journal, which has recently been launched.
