Ebrahim Saifuddin, the Chief Operating Officer of National Centre for Dispute Resolution (NCDR), spoke at Pakistan’s First International Seminar on Mediation and explained the difference between mediation, arbitration and compromise. He further underlined the importance of training for mediators and gives an overview of mediation around the world.
