Associate Counsel Position In UAE
An Abu Dhabi based law firm requires a lawyer with 4-5 years of corporate/ commercial/ real-estate experience in an in-house position with either a multinational company or a major Pakistan based company. In-house experience would be very valuable, as the role requires advising/ working in an in-house environment.
The work will involve drafting of commercial agreements/ complex documents, carrying out research, advising on local laws and attending meetings with and on behalf of the client amongst other things, on a daily basis.
The successful candidate should be able to work in an independent capacity with minimum or no supervision and should be able to work under tight deadlines. Due to the urgency of our client’s requirement, the candidate will be required to work and perform right away.
A competitive salary package will be very offered as per the UAE’s market. The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
