CTL National Scholar Amongst 2 Pakistani Students From Islamabad School Of Law To Achieve First Class Honours Award

Two Pakistani students from Islamabad School of Law, one of whom is also Courting The Law’s National Scholar, have achieved First Class Honours award from the University of London by securing top position in LLB Honours International Programme worldwide (2017).

Islamabad School of Law, a well-established institution in Islamabad, announced that 2 of its final year LLB students have topped the University of London International Programme amongst 15 high achievers in the world in 2017.  Ahmed Farooq, the CTL National Scholar, and Rayan Wazir are among two students of out fifteen who received an email from Simon Askey, the Director of Undergraduate Laws at University of London congratulating them on their achievement of an overall First Class Award in the LLB (Hons) undergraduate program. “A brilliant conclusion to Ahmed’s overall degree, beginning with topping the world in his Diploma in Law, to ending it with a 1:1.”

“We are extremely proud and honoured by the amazing achievement by our students,” said Principal Mrs. Tehmina Qureshi. “This is a proud moment for ISL staff, teachers and the students on an amazing performance this year.”

Simon Askey, Director Undergraduate Law Programmes (University of London) and Saad Wasim, country head for the Laws Programme, personally congratulated the students for achieving outstanding results and their excellent performance.
