Mayer Brown and JSM & Jingtian Launch Association in Hong Kong
Mayer Brown made an announcement that it has received an official and formal approval from The Law Society of Hong Kong to form an association with leading PRC law firm, Jingtian & Gongcheng, in Hong Kong.
Beijing-headquartered Jingtian & Gongcheng has offices across China and its practices include capital markets, M&A, banking and finance, real estate and dispute resolution. Mayer Brown will provide office space and other resources to Jingtian in its Hong Kong office, and the two firms will collaborate in business development, training and provision of services to clients, as part of the agreement.
