LAWGO: Civil Litigation-Themed Lego
A law firm based in Calgary, Canada, has produced a Litigation Action Pack called ‘Lawgo’ as a civil litigation version of the famous Lego figures, in what appears to be a marketing gimmick for Christmas holiday gifts for lawyers. The figures are recommended for ages 18 – 99.
It remains to be seen whether the firm has obtained the requisite permission from Lego for using similar style branding, otherwise it may amount to a potential trademark infringement.
