Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Allocates Rs 200m For Transgender Community In Rs 505bn Annual Budget
Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Provincial Cabinet has passed the annual budget for fiscal year 2016-2017, in which Rs 200 million out of the Rs 505 billion annual budget, has been reserved and allocated for the welfare of transgender community. This marks the budget itself as the most unique budget in the history of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. It also does not include any new tax scheme.
