Annual Law Dinner At L’ecole
On 3rd March 2017, L’ecole hosted its Annual Law and Career-Networking dinner organized by L’ecole’s Law Society. The aim of the event was to invite lawyers and representatives from various law firms, multinationals, legal departments and institutions to provide an opportunity to undergraduate students to interact with these professionals. This gave the students a unique chance to discuss varying career options available to them along with providing a platform for various professionals to network with each other.
The first-year students were given the task to welcome the guests and lead them towards the photo-booth. The second and third-year students were assigned as table-hosts to allow them to showcase themselves as potential internees and employees. The networking session over seasonal juices and appetizers was followed by a sumptuous dinner.
The event came to an end at 11 pm. Many third-year students benefited from the event immensely. It was a great event which could not have been possible without the hard work of Mr. Aitzaz A. Kashmiri, President of the Law Society and the Director Undergrads Programs, Barrister Zara Shaheen.
