The current health security challenge is a national security challenge without any precedent and undoubtedly requires a national health security strategy and implementation plan which must include consideration of the relevant international and domestic legal issues.
In this regard, Courting The Law and a team of concerned Pakistani lawyers have contributed to the discourse in the form of a report which will hopefully prove to be useful for policymakers tasked with considering the appropriate legal and regulatory steps to tackle the current crisis and be better prepared for any future challenges.
