Consultancy Services Required for Environmental Legislation in Gilgit-Baltistan
Consultant Services Required: Gilgit-Baltistan Environmental Protection Agency (GB-EPA) under the auspices of 100 days plan of the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan entails services of reputed consultant firms/companies having wide experience of environmental legislation for following assignments,
Lot -1: Preparation of Gilgit-Baltistan Environmental Protection Act
Lot -2: Environmental Impact Assessment Guideline Package
Lot -3: Guidelines and Checklist for Environmental Impact Assessment of development projects
i. Sectoral Guidelines for different development sectors and for IEE/EIA
ii. Checklist for small and medium development projects and industries
iii. Environmental Regulations
The bidding process will be single stage two envelope process according to PPRA rules. Only shortlisted companies qualified technically will be considered for financial evaluation/competition. Companies are required to submit their technical and financial proposals in separate envelopes encapsulated in a single envelope.
Last date for submission of proposals is October 6th 2015, 11:00 hours.
The bid security is 5% of the total quoted price for the assignment. Consultants can bid for all of the three lots or any one or two.
