Call For Papers: LUMS Law Journal
LUMS Law Journal (LLJ) is pleased to announce a call for papers for its third volume. LLJ is a peer-reviewed publication of Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law, Lahore University of Management Sciences (available at http://lums.edu.pk/sahsol/lumslawjournal/).
Nature of Submissions
The Journal comprises of three sections: (1) Articles, (2) Comments, and (3) Case Notes. Articles are substantive research pieces of about 4000-7000 words. Comments are discursive pieces and can be on recent bills, judgments and judgments of superior courts. They should be between 1500-2500 words. Case Notes are student-written pieces of legal scholarship which critically analyze some of the landmark judgments pertaining to various areas of law. They should be between 1500-2500 words. All the given word limits are exclusive of footnotes.
Deadline for Submissions
We accept material for publication throughout the year. For our upcoming volume, please submit your work by 30th June 2016.
All submissions must be original and must not have been published elsewhere.
