LUMS Law Journal – Call For Papers

LUMS Law Journal (LLJ) is pleased to announce a call for papers for its sixth volume. LLJ is a peer-reviewed publication of the Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), (available at https://sahsol.lums.edu.pk/law-journal/volume-1-editors-note).

The primary objective of LLJ is to provide a forum for scholarly discourse amongst law students, faculty, lawyers, judges, practitioners and experts on important legal https://www.passitdump.com/az-100.html and social issues, which may lead to policy reforms.

Nature of Submissions

The Journal comprises of various sections: (1) Articles, (2) Comments, (3) Case Notes, (4) Legislative Reviews, and (5) Book Reviews. Articles are substantive research pieces of about 6000-8000 words. Comments, Case Notes and Legislative Reviews are discursive pieces and can be on recent bills, statutes, reports, and judgments of superior courts. They should be between 2500-3000 words. All the given word limits are exclusive of footnotes.

Deadline for Submissions

All submissions must be original and must not have been published elsewhere.
