A report published by Law2023, suggests that in the next eight years, more businesses will make decisions about which jurisdiction will benefit them most to operate in. Timothy B Corcoran of Corcoran Consulting (also one of the participants in the research of the report) says that, “Just as businesses today adopt structures to address taxation concerns, they will face similar choices based on various jurisdictions’ approaches to environmental, trade, labor, IP protection, and other practices.”
