Held: A property, duly mentioned in the Deed of Trust as the Head Office of the Trust, is a Trust Property. A Public Charitable Trust in its private capacity filing suit against a private person for the recovery of possession of the suit property, need not to obtain prior permission of the Advocate General as envisaged in Section 92 of Civil Procedure Code 1908.
