Police Legal Affairs Monitoring App
The Punjab police have recently launched ‘Police Legal Affairs Monitoring’ Application for timely completion of cases and monitoring of the work of officers pursuing these cases in courts.
This is the first initiative of its time. The app would keep senior officials, including regional police officers and district police officers updated about the number of cases pending with courts and their status.
Introducing this app, Inspector General of Punjab Police Capt. (retd) Arif Nawaz directed the officials concerned to upload through the app all the information relevant to court cases concerning the department.
The instructions were issued in a meeting exclusively called to brief police command about the latest IT-related initiatives.
