Law Career Development Workshop by LEARN

LEARN in association with SOL – School of Law Lahore presents the “Law Career Development Workshop” on Saturday 7th of November at SOL Campus in Lahore. The workshop is a unique initiative to bridge the gap between education and practice for law graduates and consists of some unique sessions and themes of practical relevance for law graduates.The current workshop is being conducted under the joint heads of academic as well as professional development under which the following training sessions will be held:

(i)      CV and Resume Development (the do’s and don’ts)

(ii)     Writing effective Cover Letters (for university applications as well as job applications)
(iii)    Career Options after a Law Degree
(iv)    Procedure for obtaining the License from Bar Council and the Fees
(v)    The life in the first two years of a Practicing Lawyer (i.e. what to be prepared for)
                  (Practice Areas Covered: civil, criminal and international law)We are grateful for the support of some leading lawyers who participated in our data collection survey for this workshop.
