Applications on prescribed form are invited for the following posts from Pakistani citizens having domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / FATA by 20-11-2015 (candidates applying from abroad by 04-12-2015). Incomplete applications and applications without supporting documents required to prove the claim of the candidates shall be rejected.

THE SERVICES RULES / GENERAL CONDITIONS STRICTLY.
(1) One Hundred and three (103) posts of Civil Judges-Cum-Judicial Magistrates/ Alaqa Qazi.
Qualification : Should possess a degree in law from a recognized University entitling him / her to practice the profession of law or is a Barrister of England or Ireland or is a Member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland
AND
have practiced the profession of law in the High Court or in the Courts subordinate thereto, for a period not less than two (02) years after enrollment as an advocate.
Age Limit : 23 to 32 years
Pay Scale : BPS-18
Eligibility : Both Sexes

General Conditions
- Applicants who have already applied for the posts of Civil Judges advertised by the Peshawar High Court, Peshawar advertisement 03.10.2013 should apply afresh to the Public Service Commission.
- Age in all cases shall be reckoned on 20/11/2015. Two years optimum relaxation shall be allowed to:
(a). Government servants with a minimum of two years continuous service
(as per Establishment Department letter / policy dated 24.07.2014);
(b). Disabled persons specified in the appendix attached to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Initial Appointment to Civil Posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2008; and
(c). Candidates from backward areas. - The period which a Barrister or an Advocate of the High Court and / or the Courts subordinate thereto or a Pleader has practiced in the Bar, shall be excluded for the purpose of upper age limit subject to a maximum age relaxation of two years from his / her age. However, only one age concession is allowed to the candidates claiming concession under various categories whichever is more beneficial to them.
- One time upper age relaxation will be granted by the competent authority to the candidates who had applied for the posts of civil judges advertised by the Peshawar High Court, Peshawar in 2013.
- Degrees / Diploma / Experience Certificates / Testimonials of unrecognized Institution are not accepted. Only original Degrees / Certificates are accepted, however, the candidates can apply on provisional certificate duly signed by the Controller of Examination of the respective institution. The candidates shall produce original degrees / certificates on or before their interview. Detail Marks Certificates (DMCs) for all the examinations shall necessarily be required and these should be attached with the application forms.
- Only the qualification possessed on the closing date of the advertisement fixed for the incountry candidates shall be taken into consideration.
- Candidates applying against disable quota must attach with their application form disability certificates issued by the Provincial Council for Rehabilitation of Disabled persons as well as from the respective Medical Superintendent / Medical Board showing therein the specific disability and both the certificates must be issued before the closing date fixed for submission of the application forms.
- The candidates will also send their option form for Urdu or Pushto Papers available in the Syllabus.
- Applications should be on the prescribed application form obtainable alongwith the Syllabus from the listed below branches of the NATIONAL BANK. The Application Fee is Rs.285/- (rupees Two Hundred & Eighty Five Only) for all candidates. In addition to application fee, the candidates will have to pay Rs.15/- on account of Bank Charges. Application Form obtained other than the specified branches of the National Bank will be considered invalid and such applications will not be entertained. The applications on plain paper or photostate shall not be accepted. Incomplete and late applications shall also be rejected. Applications must be submitted within the stipulated time as no extra time is allowed for postal transit. Applications if submitted on the last date must reach the Commission’s Office by the closing hours.
- Candidates can also apply online through the Commission’s website (kpppsc.gov.pk). However, the application fee needs to be deposited in State Banks of Pakistan or a National Bank of Pakistan Branch under head of account No. C02101- Organs of State-Examination Fee of KP PSC through Challan on or before the closing date. Candidates who apply online shall submit their fee deposit slip alongwith attested copies of all the documents need to be submitted to the Commission within 10 days positively.
- In-service candidates of Govt. Deptts./ Projects/ Autonomous/ Semi-Autonomous Bodies may apply direct but their Departmental Permission Certificates should reach the Commission Office within 30 days of the closing date.
- Applicants married to foreigners are considered only on production of Government relaxation orders.
- The zonal and merit quotas shall be strictly followed in the allocation of seats appearing at serial No. 1. Posts allocated to female, disable and minority quota shall be filled in on open merit.
- The government reserves the right not to fill or fill more or less than the advertised posts.
- Candidates who have already availed three chances for each individual examination while four chances in combination of different Competitive Examinations shall not be eligible.
- No applicant shall be considered in absentia on paper qualifications unless, he/she possesses exceptionally higher qualifications than the minimum prescribed qualification for a particular post(s).
- In case the number of applications received by the Public Service Commission is disproportionately higher and if need be, the Commission will conduct one paper MCQs based shortlisting test before the aforementioned competitive examination.
- The applicants are once again advised to make sure that they are eligible for the advertised posts because they will be admitted to the text / examination provisionally at their own at their own risk subject to be found eligible in all respects. On detailed scrutiny of the applications after the test / written examination is over, if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect under the rules, his / her candidature will be cancelled regardless the fact whether he / she has appeared in the test / examination or interview qualified therein.
