Fahad Khan Sherwani is an Advocate of the Lower Courts of Pakistan and an LL.M. Candidate in International Business Law at the University of Bedfordshire, UK. He is a Gazette-Notified Accredited Mediator under the Ministry of Law & Justice's ADR (Accreditation) Rules, 2023, and holds an Associate Arbitrator certification along with an internationally accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator qualification recognised by the International Mediation Institute (IMI), the Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), and the Civil Mediation Council (CMC), UK. He currently practises as an Associate at Mohiuddin & Mohiuddin, Advocates and Litigators, where his work includes drafting and reviewing corporate contracts and advising on company secretarial compliance under the Companies Act, 2017. He serves as a Member of the ADR Committee of the District Bar Association, Rawalpindi, and on the Chairman's Initiative Team of the Human Rights Committee, Punjab Bar Council.
