Samea Bint Sahban is a third-year LLB student at Denning Law School and currently serves as President of the Centre for Law, Justice and Policy (CLJP). In this role, she helped organise the International Human Rights Seminar in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme and the Sindh Human Rights Commission. She has interned at Haider Waheed and Partners, Omer Soomro and Partners, and Mohsin Shahwani Law Associates, where she gained practical experience in civil litigation, legal research, and legal drafting. Her academic and advocacy work has earned several distinctions, including the University of London Certificate of Excellence for Public Law, placement on the Dean’s List, and qualification for the international rounds of the Oxford Moot Court Competition. Samea is also an active member of the Women’s Perspective Forum, where she contributed to a successful petition requiring the establishment of Anti-Harassment Committees within the Sindh Bar Council and its affiliated bar councils.
