Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh Takes Office As Chief Justice Sindh High Court

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court welcomed its new Chief Justice as Justice Ahmed Ali Sheikh took oath for office. The ceremony was advanced by the Governor of Sindh, Muhammad Zubair, who administered the oath. Justice Sheikh was delegated as the 23rd Chief Justice of the SHC. His term is to expire on October 2, 2023.

Prior to this ceremony, the previous SHC Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah was sworn in as a judge of the Supreme Court. The former ceremony’s spectators included the honorable judges of the SHC and delegates of the Sindh Bar Council, SHC Bar Association, Karachi and Malir District Bar Associations alongside civil officers.
