Mirza and his accomplices have been sentenced to life imprisonment under Section 354-A, Pakistan Penal Code (assault or use of criminal force to a woman and stripping her of her clothes), 7 year imprisonment for criminal intimidation (Section 506), 3 year imprisonment for intending to insult the modesty of a woman (Section 509(i)) and a fine of PKR 200,000 each, non-payment of which will result in 6 months of imprisonment.
